Staying Safe

I hope that everyone is keeping well and staying safe during these unprecedented times. I don’t really know what to put in this post if I’m honest. I guess I just want to thank all those working on behalf of all of us, all the absolute heroes of the NHS, everyone working in all the care professions and all those staffing the shops able to remain open, not to mention all the farmers and their staff who work tirelessly to provide food for the table! Today marks two weeks of being closed, and I am sure we will be closed for a good while longer sadly. I am so grateful and blessed to have my lovely little shop, I have truly cherished members of staff who I count myself lucky to work with, and loyal valued customers that have supported me over the years and become friends along the way. Reading this back to myself it strikes me as a little sombre!! I don’t feel that way. While this is scary and very nerve wracking, I am positive that when we all come out the other side of this we will be stronger both as individuals and as a community. That’s my prayer anyway!
