The rings were turned into a piece of multi functional jewellery, it has a brooch fitting so it can be worn as a brooch, and a fold away bale so she can wear it as a necklace “near to her heart”. Not a dry eye!!

We have just completed a very moving piece of jewellery. A lovely customer wanted to use her late husband’s wedding ring along with her engagement ring to make a piece of jewellery she could wear all the time. Designs were drawn for a pendant….

Just made a bespoke ring for a lovely young man to propose with! He designed it, we supplied the stones, and he wanted his intended’s birthstone Peridot to be included. Of course she said yes!

To this! Hey Presto, a new look to an old friend! 

This customer decided she would like to use some old gold that was unwanted to revamp and refresh a much loved diamond pendant. So we went from this………

The wedding ring was made to take up the slack,

With fitted twist section hidden round the back!

How happy was I? Averted disaster!

And now? Well they live Happily Ever After!!

I thought and I thunk till my brain it did hurt,

Oh how can it fit, how can I make it work?!

The answer came to me with no moment to spare,

The wedding ring! Yes! It will cradle with care!

The ring will not fit, to that I’m resigned,

To make it do so would change the design,

So pretty this ring, with sentiment divine,

So much would it change, t’would hardly be thine!

The secret proposal was planned with such skill,

What was she to say but “of course, I will!!”

 

Once the design was finalised and tweaks approved we could go ahead and make the 18ct version and set all the beautiful gemstones in it!
