Strikingly beautiful 9ct yellow gold round pendant in a lattice type cage with a diamond set disc that moves independently so the 20 sparkling diamonds totalling 0.10ct catches the light as it moves. 3cm diameter, 3.5cm drop. Pictured on a 41cm fine curb chain.
